Barry Lin: Setting headquarters in Taiwan, showing true patriotism

Quanta enterprise's(2382) Chairman Barry Lin stated that patriotism is not just about chanting slogans, but actions such as the setting up of corporate headquarters in Taiwan and paying taxes to the Taiwanese government are the true signs of patriotism.

Barry Lin attended the launching of Chenming's corporate headquarters and its 30th anniversary reception, awhile since his last appearance in public eyes. While delivering his speech, he had brought up an issue that has come to his attention.

He had pointed out that there are far too many who has stated their love for the country, but those are just talks. The setting up of corporate headquarters in Taiwan and paying taxes to the Taiwanese government by several enterprises such as Chenming and Quanta are the true actions that supported those claims.
