 Barry Lin: Chenming, Quanta paying dues, showing patriotism

After a prolonged absence from the public, Quanta chairman Mr. Barry Lin appeared yesterday on long standing comrade's 30th anniversary reception, lauding Chenming's decision in setting up its corporate headquarters in Taiwan. He alleged that patriotism is not just about chanting slogans, but the setting up of corporate headquarters in Taiwan and paying taxes are just concrete evidence of such claims.
 
Having parted ways with QDI(2382), Barry has cut down from being the chairman of QDI，Quanta and Quanta Storage Inc. to just Quanta and Quanta Storage Inc. . He appeared relax on the day and was at the reception for almost three hours.

During his speech, he had raised the issue according to current developments. He had pointed out that there were far too many who stated their love for the country, but those were just talks. The setting up of corporate headquarters in Taiwan and paying taxes to the Taiwanese government by several enterprise such as Chenming and Quanta are the real actions that supported the claims.
